Our trip to Peru!

Us in front of Lima's "white house"

Large nativity scene seen in the square with no Jesus

Franciscan cathedral, that has a catacombs
full of femur bones
View of Cuzco from our hotel

A lovely daughter of God infront of an Incan wall

I loved going to the market. Lots of bread!

So many different fruits!

The kids with a Peruvian women and an alpaca

It was amazing what the Incans could build!

This was the best pizza I had ever tasted!

The kids had fun with the llamas and alpacas. We could not feed the vicuna, they are wild animals!

Parker was a picky eater! Even at a nice restaurant!

Beautiful ruins at Ollantaytambo!

Hard to climb when we are so high in altitude!
Some got altitude sickness!

Very beautiful!

Guinea Pig or Cui as they are known in Peru.
They will be eaten soon!

River rafting on Christmas Eve! So fun!

This was the girls favorite meal on the whole trip.

The boys are ready for a fun train trip!

Machu Picchu is so amazing!

The ruins are even beautiful in the rain!

Andrew is making sure that Zachary is safe along the edge!

We went exploring in some caves at the ruin site.

Some of the items you could buy at the market, even coca leaves!

The jungle was beautiful!
Zachary wanted to keep on walking!

This was their messy brownie dessert.
Jessica thought the cup was made of chocolate!

I loved this tree of horn flowers.

In a city close to Machu Picchu, they made this tree out of Sprite bottles!

With the mountains so steep and close the river rapids were so crazy!

We had a great time on our trip! Too bad we came after that firework incident on an international flight. So during the last hour of our flight home we had to stay in our seats and nothing on our laps, no blankets or pillows! Crazy!
