Specialities Fair

Samantha has been working on a report about Indonesia. The kids in her grade were able to pick a subject they wanted to learn more about and make a project out of it. Samantha picked Indonesia because we had been there and had some neat stuff. Today all the fifth graders displayed their projects in the cafeteria. Some students did theirs on soccer,Brazil,saguaro cactus and of course Star Wars, Zachary loved it.

Parker had to pose for me. I went to watch Parker play at the Spring Jamboree. Parker and Samantha both played three games. Andrew went to Samantha's games. Parker did a good job. The weather was hot because I got a tan or a burn.

Since the video did not work for Jessica's track meet, here are pictures from it. On the bottom picture Jessica is pointing to her face because she had the shotput on face and it left a mark.

Anniversary!

Last night, Andrew and I celebrated our 16th Wedding Anniversary! I can't believe how fast time flies. We went out to eat at Bangkok, a Thai restaurant. The food was wonderful. I always seem to get Pad Thai and I never finish it.
We then went to the mall, to see the movie The Invisible. We did a little shopping before the movie. The movie was okay. We felt old in the theater, most of the audience were High Schoolers. We had a good time. One thing I learned last night, hold on to your shopping bags during the film. After the film, we left the theater and I left my shopping bag there. I was able to retrieve the bag the next day,lucky me.

Camping with the Scouts!

Andrew went camping with the scouts this past weekend. They went to Paloose Falls, about hour and half away. He took some beautiful pictures.

T-ball and Scouts!

Zachary just started to play t-ball, I think he likes it, he had his first game yesterday. Zachary was sad when someone else got to he ball before he did. The game was fun to watch! All of the kids were magnets to the ball.
We also went to a scout pack meeting. The boys learned about good nutrition. Parker likes to help out with the flag ceremony.
