We're Still Alive!

School, sports and family have been taking up our time so sorry for the lack of posts. We love all the family that has been in town and had fun spending time with you all.

Kids played a game where you hid a jollyrancher in a pie tin of whip creamand had messy fun.

Jessica is 15 and will be starting drivers ed next week. She drove for the first time today. SCARY!

Our old piano was not working anymore so we bought a new one which the kids enjoy playing on.

We had Zacharys 9th birthday party and the kids had fun watching science experiments.

Happy Birthday Zachary! We all love him so much!

Parker has been playing soccer and we are proud of his love for the game. Samantha had to stop cross country early due to a knee injury and Jessica finished highschool volleyball for this season as her teams setter.

Our family's love for legos has grown as we have moved on to bigger projects, The Millenium Falcon!!

Summer's over

Before Summer ended we had some extra special activities-
Jessica invited over a few friends and they watched 17 again.
We headed over to Silverwood and on the way we saw this store. Parker thought he was pretty important.
We went on this ride called "Aftershock". the ride was very scary! I felt sick afterwards. The kids went on it 3 times. We had too much junk, but we enjoyed it!!

Summer we enjoyed the time together! Now it is time to go back to school. We will miss you!

Wallowa and Hell's Canyon

Wind Dust camp

We went on a ward campout this weekend to Wind Dust campground.

We had roasted hotdogs and starburst. Have you tried them?

The girls loved to jump off the dock. I enjoyed jumping off also. The swimming was great with it being hot outside!

I timed this one wrong, but it is a neat pic with Zac half in and out.

After the campout we went to a tunnel that used to be a railroad track. The hike there and back was about a half mile.

I like this picture of Andrew, he stood in front of the exit on the other side so it looks like he is glowing.

We enjoyed time together this weekend.

An owl was hanging out by the tunnel. We found some of his owl pellets.

We also drop by at Palouse falls, it is such a beautiful place.

Trip to Canada!

Our family went to Victoria, British Columbia this past weekend. First we took the Victoria Clipper over to the island. Zachary and Samantha both got sick along the way, nothing new for Samantha. We were happy to have Grandma and Grandpa with us on this trip.

Samantha is as beautiful as these flowers!

These flowers are called Scotsmans purse. A very unique flower I thought.

We had a great trip. We also encountered Darth Vader playing the violin on the street, winter olympic wear for the 2010 games in Vancouver and miniature world!
